48 HOUR BEHAVIOR GAME PLAN

When your child’s behavior is escalating, you do not need more articles. You need a clear plan you can follow the same day. The 48 Hour Behavior Game Plan is a short, practical support service for parents who want a step by step approach for what to do at home right now.

Who this is for?

This is for parents who are dealing with one urgent, repeat pattern such as:
  • Morning routines that turn into arguments
  • School refusal or repeated stalling
  • Backtalk, yelling, and power struggles
  • Screen time battles
  • Bedtime chaos
  • Meltdowns, shutdowns, and repeated defiance

What you get?
Within 48 hours you receive:
  • A focused call to understand what is happening in your home and what you have already tried
  • A written Behavior Game Plan tailored to your child and your household
  • Exact scripts to say in the moment
  • Clear rules and consequences you can implement immediately
  • A simple, realistic structure for the next 3 days so you know what to expect
This is designed to reduce confusion and help you respond consistently.

What the plan looks like?

Your plan is a detailed and concise playbook that includes:
  1. What is happening in plain language
  2. What is maintaining the behavior
  3. Starting tonight rules
  4. Word for word scripts for common moments
  5. Consequence system that is easy to follow
  6. What to expect over the first 72 hours
  7. Common mistakes that keep the cycle going
  8. When to escalate care and who to contact.

How it works:
Step 1: Book your call
Step 2: Complete a short intake form
Step 3: Attend your call
Step 4: Receive your written plan within 48 hours
Step 5: Implement immediately with clarity and structure

Frequently asked questions:

Will this fix everything in 48 hours?
You should expect more structure and less confusion immediately. Behavior often gets worse before it gets better when limits become consistent. Your plan includes what to expect so you do not quit too early.

What ages is this for?
Most families use this successfully for ages 4 to 17. The plan is tailored to your child’s developmental stage.

What if my child has ADHD or is neurodivergent?
The plan can be adjusted for executive functioning, sensory needs, and regulation challenges.

What if we need more support after the plan?
If you want ongoing help, you can request follow up options after you receive your plan.

Do you take insurance for this?
No. This is a self pay service.
