Bailey St.Germain-Graduate School Intern
Bailey St. Germain is a Master’s-level clinician currently earning her degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She brings a warm, curious, and affirming presence to her work with children and families. Bailey has previous experience as a Registered Behavior Technician, where she supported neurodivergent children including nonverbal children and those navigating complex emotional and behavioral needs through deeply collaborative, family-centered care.
Bailey believes meaningful therapy begins by honoring each child’s perspective and trusting their inner world. Her approach centers on building safe, playful, and consistent relationships where children feel free to explore, express, and grow in their own time and voice. She also values working collaboratively with caregivers to support that growth beyond sessions, helping ensure the child’s progress carries over into the environments that matter most. Through the gift of her own therapeutic experience, Bailey has developed a deep appreciation for the courage, vulnerability, and natural nerves that can come with entering this space. She strives to offer a steady, welcoming, and emotionally safe environment where each child is free to be fully themselves as they grow, play, and heal.
