Greetings!  I am excited to connect with you!  My goal as a therapist is to create a compassionate, solution focused space where clients can explore their thoughts and feelings.  My approach is supportive and client centered, integrating therapies and practices which include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma focused, narrative therapy, expressive arts, mindfulness, and psycho education.  In our first few sessions we will get to know each other and discuss your goals for therapy.  

I work with clients ages 10 through adult and specialize in all types and seasons of grief, loss, and life changes.  I am also passionate about chronic illness, reproductive and birth trauma, as well as overall health and wellness.  Additionally, my years of experience as a school counselor equipped me with the tools to assist our young ones with a variety of needs and difficulties.
