"It wasn't a character flaw. It was always a different kind of brain."

We Hear You

If You Were Diagnosed After 30, You Know This Feeling

◈

Everything Finally Makes Sense

You look back at your whole life — the jobs, the relationships, the struggles — and suddenly it all clicks. But alongside the relief comes grief for the years you didn't have this answer.

◎

Nobody Around You Gets It

"But you seem so normal." "How did they miss it?" People who've known you for years struggle to reconcile your diagnosis with who they thought you were. It's isolating in a whole new way.

∞

You're Grieving and Celebrating at the Same Time

A late diagnosis is complicated. It's freedom and mourning at once — relief that you have answers and sadness for the life you might have lived differently if you'd known sooner.

What This Group Offers

A Space Built for the Late Diagnosis Experience

Most neurodivergent spaces are built for people who've known their whole lives. This one is different — it's specifically for adults who are processing what a late diagnosis means for their identity, relationships, and sense of self.

□

Identity Processing

Who am I now that I have this diagnosis? How does it change how I see my past — and my future? These are the conversations we'll have together.

□

Shared Late-Diagnosis Experience

Everyone in this group received their diagnosis as an adult. No explaining why you didn't get diagnosed as a child. Everyone here already understands that part.

□️

Practical Tools for Adult Life

Navigating work, relationships, finances, and daily life with a newly understood neurodivergent brain — we'll explore strategies built for adults, not children.

□

Grief & Relief Processing

The complicated emotions of a late diagnosis — grief for lost time, relief for finally having answers, anger, joy — all of it gets space here.

□

Community That Gets It

Connect with other adults 30+ who are on the same journey. The late-diagnosis community is growing — and you deserve a local corner of it.

□

Therapist Facilitated

Sessions are led by a licensed or pre-licensed master's level therapist who understands neurodivergent experiences — not just a peer moderator.

Who This Is For

This Group Is for You If Any of This Sounds Familiar

You don't need a recent diagnosis to join — just a late one. Whether you were diagnosed last month or five years ago, if you're still processing what it means, this space is for you.

I was diagnosed with ADHD after 30 I received an autism diagnosis as an adult I'm being evaluated right now I masked for decades without knowing I'm grieving the diagnosis and the delay Nobody in my life understands I'm trying to understand my past through a new lens I need community, not just information Work and relationships make more sense now I've been misdiagnosed before I'm rebuilding my self-image I want to stop masking and just be myself
What to Expect

Thoughtful. Structured. Real.

Sessions will be virtual — join from anywhere in Georgia from the comfort of your own space. No commuting, no masking for the waiting room, no fluorescent lights.

The group will be small and intentional — enough people to feel like community, few enough that everyone gets space to be heard.

Full schedule, pricing, and session details announced at launch — join the waitlist to be first to know.

  • 1

  • 4

    Practical Tools for Adult Life

Real strategies for work, relationships, finances, and daily functioning — designed for adult brains, not children.

  • 5

FAQ

Common Questions

Do I need an official diagnosis to join?
We strongly recommend having a formal diagnosis or being actively in the evaluation process before joining. This group is specifically designed around the late-diagnosis experience, so a confirmed or in-progress diagnosis helps ensure the group remains focused and relevant for all members.
What diagnoses does this group cover?
ADHD, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), or both — sometimes called AuDHD. If you received any neurodivergent diagnosis as an adult and are still processing what it means, this group is for you.
Why is this group specifically for adults 30 and older?
The experience of a late diagnosis in your 30s, 40s, 50s or beyond carries unique weight — decades of masking, misdiagnosis, and self-doubt that younger adults haven't yet accumulated. This group is designed to honor that specific experience rather than blend it with younger adults who may be at a different life stage.
When does the group launch?
We're currently building the waitlist. Once we have enough members to form a meaningful community, we'll announce the launch date, schedule, and pricing to everyone on the list first. Join the waitlist above to be notified.
Will insurance cover this group?
The group will be offered as a self-pay service. Pricing will be announced at launch. Waitlist members will receive first access and full pricing details before the public.
I'm not sure if I qualify — can I still join the waitlist?
Absolutely. Join the waitlist and we'll reach out when the group is ready. We can answer any questions about fit at that time. There's no commitment in joining the waitlist — just a way to make sure you don't miss the launch.

Your Brain Was Never the Problem.
