A supportive group designed to help teens actually get things done — in a way that works for their brains.
In this group, teens will:
- Learn simple, effective study strategies made for neurodivergent learners
- Get support with organization, time management, and staying on task
- Practice real-life skills in a safe, no-pressure space
- Use live body doubling to complete homework and school tasks w/ support.
- Share tips, tricks, and wins with other teens who "get it".
Whether your teen struggles with procrastination, focus, executive function, or just feeling overwhelmed — this group helps turn stress into small wins (and maybe even some fun along the way).
Because nobody should have to do it alone.
