ADHD Clinical Assessment
A comprehensive clinical ADHD evaluation conducted by a trained LPC or LCSW using standardized rating scales, structured clinical interview, and DSM-5 criteria. You receive a written clinical assessment report you can take directly to your primary care provider for medication evaluation or other services. No referral to a psychologist or psychiatrist required for the assessment itself.

Conducted by licensed LPC or LCSW with specialized ADHD assessment training. This is a clinical assessment, not a psychological evaluation. Cannot prescribe medication. Report is designed for use with your PCP or treatment team.

Our Approach

We understand
the lived experience.

Our clinicians and facilitators don't just know the research. They understand what it costs to spend years performing "okay" in systems that were never built for your brain.

Neurodivergent adult
For Teens

A place to unmask
and just be.

Teen years are hard for every kid. For neurodivergent teens, they can feel impossible — the social rules are invisible, the expectations are exhausting, and the energy of constantly performing normal leaves nothing left.

Our teen groups create genuine belonging where social skills develop naturally through connection, not curriculum.

  • Social-emotional skill building in a real, low-pressure setting
  • Peer connection with other neurodivergent teens
  • Facilitated by licensed clinicians who get it
  • In-person and virtual options available
Neurodivergent adult support
For Adults

Late diagnosis is not
a late start.

Finding out you are neurodivergent as an adult is life-changing in both directions. There is relief — and there is grief for the years you spent misunderstanding yourself. Both deserve space.

Our adult circles hold the complexity of late diagnosis without rushing to solutions. You are not behind. You are exactly where you need to be.

  • Safe processing of late diagnosis and its impact
  • Identity rebuilding and self-understanding
  • Burnout recovery and sustainable strategies
  • Community with others on the same journey
