Who This Is For

Sound familiar?

If you are a licensed therapist in independent practice and any of these feel true, The Heart Collective was built for you.

"I am doing this alone and I do not know who to ask when I get stuck."
"I have the license but not the business knowledge to build something sustainable."
"I keep putting off my notes, my billing, my marketing and nobody is holding me accountable."
"I want mentorship from someone who has actually built a practice, not just a course."
The Heart Collective

This is where that changes.

The Heart Collective is not a course. It is not a directory. It is a living, breathing weekly community led by an LPC and CPCS who built a multi-clinician group practice, navigated every challenge you are facing, and is now intentionally choosing a leaner model so she can pour into clinicians like you.

You get access to that knowledge, that experience, and that community every single week for less than the cost of one therapy session.

What Is Included

Real support.
Every week.

Not quarterly check-ins. Not a Facebook group nobody reads. Real structured touchpoints every single week with a mentor who shows up consistently.

01
Weekly Peer Consultation Group
A live weekly group for real case consultation, clinical support, billing questions, and honest conversation about private practice. Led by Mikah Miller, LPC, CPCS. This is mentorship in action, not theory.
02
Weekly Body Doubling Sessions
Live weekly accountability sessions to help you get through notes, billing, credentialing paperwork, and the admin tasks that pile up when you are building alone. More gets done in community than in isolation every single time.
03
Direct Access to a Mentor Who Gets It
Mikah has built what you are building. She has hired staff, navigated insurance panels, managed group practice overhead, built digital products, and spoken internationally. The Heart Collective gives you access to all of that in a community setting every week.

She created The Heart Collective because she believes the most powerful thing she can do for independent clinicians is share exactly what she has learned building, running, and intentionally redesigning a practice built on her own terms.

Common Questions

Everything you want to know.

Who is The Heart Collective for?
+
The Heart Collective is designed for fully licensed independent therapists and clinicians who are building or operating their own private practices and want ongoing mentorship, consultation, accountability, and community support from someone who has actually done it.
Is this a supervision group for licensure hours?
+
The peer consultation group is not structured as individual supervision for licensure hour accumulation. It is a mentorship and peer consultation community for independently licensed clinicians. If you are provisionally licensed and need formal supervision hours, reach out directly to discuss what options may be available.
What happens in the peer consultation group each week?
+
Members bring real cases, real practice challenges, billing questions, credentialing questions, and private practice business questions. Mikah facilitates the group as a mentor and clinician, offering guidance from 20 plus years of hands-on experience building and running a practice. It is practical, honest, and grounded in what actually works.
What is a body doubling session and how does it work?
+
Body doubling is a structured productivity approach where working alongside others helps you stay focused and complete tasks you tend to avoid. Weekly live sessions are dedicated time to get through notes, billing, emails, credentialing paperwork, and other admin tasks with accountability and community support around you. It is particularly helpful for clinicians who are neurodivergent or who struggle with admin work when working in isolation.
Do I need to be in a certain location to join?
+
No. The Heart Collective is fully virtual and open to licensed independent clinicians anywhere. All sessions are held live online so you can join from wherever you practice.
Is there a long-term contract or commitment?
+
No long-term contracts. Community membership can be cancelled anytime. We believe in earning your commitment every month through the quality of what we offer, not locking you in with paperwork.
Are office suites available?
+
Yes. Fully furnished, therapy-ready private office suites are available for monthly or daily rental for clinicians in the Greater Canton, Georgia area. Reach out directly to inquire about availability and pricing. Suite renters receive full community membership benefits included in their rental automatically.
