Fees & Insurance

$80–$180

Per session, depending on:
The services provided, your insurance coverage, and the length of your session.
Payment is due at the time services are rendered.

In-Network Insurance Providers

We are currently in-network with the following and submit claims directly on your behalf:

Aetna

BCBS / Anthem

Cigna

OPTUM (not all)

United Health Care (not all providers)

Out-of-Network Benefits

For all other insurers, we are out-of-network. If your plan includes out-of-network benefits, you may receive reimbursement. We provide statements for you to submit.

Ask your insurance:

• What are my mental health benefits?
• Have I met my deductible?
• How many sessions per year are covered?
• What is the coverage amount per session?
• Do I need pre-approval from my primary care doctor?

Our Commitments

• We verify in-network status directly — never rely on outdated directories.
• We will never schedule you out-of-network without confirming with you first.
• We handle the authorization and claims process for you.
• We provide information to your insurer to support reimbursement, with your permission.
