We do not provide MH Court Evaluations for cases involving child custody, competency, legal residency, sexual assault, murder, or situations with specific legal requirements.

- 90-Minute Evaluation with an LPC: Our Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) will engage in an in-depth evaluation, including symptom assessments.
- Review of Court Order and Police Report: The LPC will meticulously examine the court order and police report to gain a holistic understanding of the case.
- Diagnostic Impression and Recommendations: At the end of the session, your LPC will provide a succinct overview of their diagnostic impression and recommended actions.
- Collateral Informant Involvement: We ensure thoroughness by facilitating brief communication between the LPC and relevant parties such as attorneys, Probation Officers, and family members or clinicians.
- Comprehensive Letter or Report: You'll receive a detailed letter or report authored by the LPC you consulted.
