I earned a Master’s degree of Social Work focused on Mental Health and Substance Misuse from Ohio State University. I also earned a Bachelor of Science in Family and Human Development from Arizona State University.
The most important thing for me is to empower my clients to take the skills learned in our sessions and apply them to their everyday life. I have a very client-centered approach, no two people are the same! Your experience with me is tailored to your needs. I am a firm believer in the importance of mental health being a priority for overall health and wellbeing. When my clients come into their sessions, I want them to know that they are in a safe space, judgement free zone and that I am their biggest fan. There’s no failing in our time together, you already took the biggest step by getting yourself here. Some therapy techniques that I love to focus on are cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness and solution focused therapy. You are not defined by your past or current situation. It is never too early or too late to start your journey in therapy. I look forward to helping you explore who you are and become the version of yourself that you want to be. I know we can get there together! Currently accepting new clients aged 13 and up, including families and couples.
