With a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a minor in Music from Concordia College, as well as a recent achievement of a Master of Science in Clinical Counseling Psychology with a specialization in Applied Psychological Teaching from Brenau University, Sarah brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to help you unlock your true potential.

With a rich background spanning diverse community-based and clinical settings, Sarah has worked directly with individuals from all walks of life. From children (10+) and adolescents to adults, couples, and families, Sarah has guided clients through a wide range of challenges. Specializing in neurodivergence, including ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD), and Specific Learning Disabilities, Sarah brings a deep understanding of the unique struggles faced by individuals in these communities. Additionally, Sarah is well-versed in supporting individuals dealing with PTSD, complex trauma, depression, grief and loss, anxiety, sexual and gender-related concerns, and non-traditional lifestyles.

Beyond the therapy room, Sarah embraces a vibrant zest for life.
